Enter your User name and Password then click on the Log In button.
If you have forgotten your password, contact your Mainpac Administrator who will provide you with a new, temporary password. Depending on the security settings at your site, you may then need to choose a new password the next time you logon.
Note: if the "Email new password" button is available and you have an email address associated to your Mainpac user account then select this option to have a new password automatically sent to you.
If there is a problem, Mainpac displays a message or warning:

"Warning: Caps Lock is on." Your Log in and Password will be entered as all capitals which will not reflect any lower case characters in your user name or password. Turn the Caps Lock key off to hide this message.

Missing information. If you do not enter both your user name and password before clicking Log In, a warning marker displays alongside the missing field. Enter the missing details and click Log In.

"The user name or password entered in incorrect, please try again." Re-enter your details and click Log In.

"This user account is currently locked. Please contact your Mainpac administrator for assistance." Your account is locked for some reason, e.g. too many incorrect passwords. Contact your administrator who will be able to re-activate your account.

"Your password has expired." Your Mainpac security settings may require you to choose a new password at set intervals. Follow the instructions to create a new one.
